Dr. Kristin Clemens MD MSc is a clinician-scientist and Associate Professor of Medicine (Endocrinology and Metabolism) and Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Western University. She is also an Adjunct ICES Scientist and Site Director of ICES Western, Associate Scientist at Lawson Health Research Institute, and an endocrinologist and Medical Director of the Osteoporosis and Bone Disease Program at St. Joseph's Health Care London.

Dr. Clemens’ research focuses on the care and outcomes of people who live with multi-morbidity (particularly diabetes and kidney disease) and socio-environmental disparities. Her research has been funded by organizations including CIHR, Diabetes Canada, and the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
